Return / Refund Policy

We take pride in all of our products and merchandise.  Providing excellent customer service and quality products is imperative to the Limitless Love brand. 

Every item is thoroughly inspected and packaged with care before shipping.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve it.  READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:  

  1. We do NOT issue refunds.  Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY if they meet ALL of the following requirements:
  • You contact us at: within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date;
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, free of damage and smells (i.e. perfume, cologne, smoke, body odor, etc.)
  • If a return is granted, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we have the right to refuse the issuance of store credit or exchange.  This may be due to: damages, wear and tear, odors, etc.
